How do I place an order on your website?
To place an order, go to the product you want, choose the quantity or size if needed, and click “Add to Cart.” After adding everything you need, click on the cart icon and choose “Checkout.” Enter your name, address, and payment details carefully. Once you complete the payment or confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation message or email.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
You don’t have to create an account to make a purchase. You can order as a guest. But if you make an account, it becomes easier to track your orders, save your address for next time, and see your past purchases.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
When you visit a product page, it will show whether the item is “In Stock” or “Out of Stock.” If something is not available, you can click “Notify Me” or contact us so we can tell you when it will be available again.
How long will it take to get my order?
Usually, we take one to two days to process your order, and delivery may take 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. If there are any delays, we’ll inform you by message or email. You can also check the tracking link once your order is shipped.
Can I buy more than one item at a time?
Yes, you can. Just add all the products you want to your cart and complete the checkout together. This helps you save time and sometimes reduces shipping charges.
I didn’t get a confirmation email or message. What should I do?
If you don’t receive a confirmation message within 15 minutes after placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still not there, contact our support team and share your name and payment details so we can confirm your order manually.

How will I know if my payment was successful?

What happens if the money is deducted but my order isn’t confirmed?
Sometimes, payments take time to reflect. If the money has been deducted, don’t worry. Please share your payment reference number or screenshot with us, and we’ll verify it and confirm your order manually.

How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number and a link through email or WhatsApp. You can click on that link to see where your package is and when it will arrive.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order only before it’s shipped. Once it’s on the way, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive something different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it. Share a picture of the item and your order ID. We’ll check and arrange for a replacement or refund.
What should I do if the product is damaged when I receive it?
If your item is damaged or not working properly, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please send clear photos or videos of the damage so that we can review it and replace or refund your product.
How long does it take to get my refund?
After we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we start the refund process within 3 to 7 working days. The time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please contact us with your order number. We’ll check with the courier service and update you about your order status or arrange a replacement if necessary.
